Brethren,

On Tuesday January 25, 2022 the Craft voted to move forward with the listing and sale of our Lodge property at 6920 E Chelsea Street Tampa, FL 33610. We have received a formal offer for the purchase of the property today and will be submitting it for consideration at our Stated Communication on Tuesday May 10, 2022. We have attached a copy of this purchase agreement for review.

The officers and committee have worked very hard to prepare for the sale and our transition to a new meeting location. We have worked to secure a lease from Temple Terrace Lodge to meet at their facility.

We look forward to moving forward in a positive way for our Lodge's future and look forward to continuing the traditions of Tampa Lodge No 240.
